M.Tech Biotechnology
The M.Tech Biotechnology programme is supported by Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, from 1986 onwards. It is a two year inter-disciplinary course with three semesters of course work and final semester Project Work.
Admission to the M.Tech Biotechnology course in the University Department was through the Combined Entrance Examination for Biotechnology (CEEB) of the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) annually until 2019. The candidates admitted to the programme are eligible to receive a scholarship as prescribed by DBT, Government of India.
